ok: you need to put your pictures on an imaing host like mypicgallery.com or photobucket, right click on the image and hit properties, then look at the URL address that comes up.
this is the format:
put the url in between and PLEASE PREVIEW IT BEFORE YOU POST IT GOOD LUCK
