So.. we got to see Ashley tonight. That was pretty insane since I haven't seen her in like 4 years. I dunno how sometimes you can just.. get along with people after so long.
I was on the treadmill today the full hour. 4 incline. 425 calories burned later and 3 and a half miles. I was soaked completely. But I know it is worth it. Oh is it worth it. Run bitch run.
