I've asked Destiny and Gia to meet me at the house so we could have lunch and talk. I considered taking them out for lunch, but it seemed like a bad idea. I mean, the idea of telling them that Connor, Taylor and I are moving as soon as school ends in a public place seemed like a bad plan. So, Connor said he'd take Taylor to the park so I could talk to the girls alone.
Angel took the news pretty well and I really hope the girls will understand too. I'd love for them to come with us, but I get that they have their own lives now. There is a good chance they won't want to move and honestly after the last year? There is a good chance they may just want to get out of the demon fighting business for awhile. I know I need a break. It seemed like we never really caught our breath with everything that went down and I don't think I'm going to feel truly safe and able to relax until I'm out of LA.
Taylor is excited about the move. He's been talking non stop about getting to spend so much time with his grandfather, but I know he's a little worried about leaving everyone here. I've told him we'll be back to visit and of course they will come and visit him too. I'm not sure what to do with the house. Rhia gave us our trust funds because she and Oz were taking off for Oz's tour and she wanted us to have the ability to do the things we wanted without having to wait around to inherit our money. I'm still in shock and told her it wasn't necessary, but she insisted. We have plenty of cash to not only pay for my schooling, but I don't have to work while I'm at University now. If we sell the house, we can take the money and invest in a nice place in London. There is so much to do, but first I need to talk to the girls.
