Spring break finally arrived so Connor, Taylor and I decided to visit Captain Holtz in London. Trying to explain to connor that he couldn't bring any metal weapons on the plane was an adventure. He had his stakes, so that seemed to work out alright. Taylor was so excited that he didn't sleep at all on the flight, but I apparently did. The last week

*looks away from the window where he was watching the city*

Hey Baby. Got a sec? I wanted to talk to you about something.

*smiles briefly at Dylan*

Of course. What is it that you need?

[_dylant_]

*shifts a little in his seat*

How do you like it here? Being back with your father and being here in London?

[_connor_]

*face lights up*

It is good to be with him - we have fought many demons.

[_dylant_]

*smiles*

Yeah, I've noticed that. There seems to be a steady supply of demons to fight here, yet...I feel safer here than I do back in LA.

*stands up, paces the length of the room*

How would you feel about moving here? Angel and his team, they have LA under control and the schools, they're safer here for Taylor. I could go to college here.

If you and your father agree of course. It's just, it feels like home when we're here with your dad.

[_connor_]

*tilts his head to one side*

*looks thoughtful*

Do you think that is wise? It is far away from everything you know.

[_dylant_]

Away from the violence of LA? Away from the school system there? Yeah, that would be a good thing. Don't get me wrong, I know there is evil to fight here, but I think you and your father, working together, have that under control right now.

I'd be able to concentrate on the books and going to school. We could ask Des, Gia and everyone if they want to relocate, but if they don't...I still do. If you do.

*says softly*

Taylor is so happy here. Having your father near by, it's good for all of us. I don't want you to have leave him again, Connor. I don't want to have to leave him again. I've never really had a father figure before, you know?

[_connor_]

*nods, a soft smile on his face*

If my father is willing, I would love to stay. We can do much good together.

*kisses Connor*

We can talk to him about it and then I'll set the wheels in motion when we return home from Spring Break. There are only a few more weeks of school that Taylor and I need to finish out. That gives us time to talk to everyone and I can see what we want to do about the house.

I think this will be good for us, Connor.
