...and that they're targeting Vancouver. While Turtle may be exagerating somewhat when he remarks, "Every year it snows in March" it tells an odd truth. However, that being said, it does not account for the 'rain, snow, cloudy, rain, rain, cloudy, SNOW, snow, cloudy, rain, CLEAR' pattern that seems to be addling Vancouver at the moment. Only two things could be behind this: Criminal masterminds, or the US government... or maybe I just one thing (US government inclusive in the former)... or maybe it is better to split them up... Criminals, yes... masterminds... well that has yet to be seen.

Regardless, someone is targeting us with a diabolical contraption, and I say we fight back... call our resident heros to slay the injustice.
