We performed marching band today. I don't know how we did but John Brackin lost a shoe. I guess it was fun except I still need to practice the cadins. I went to a band party and we really didn't do anything besides the fact that I got beat up by John Duffey. Hahaha.
I broke a drum stick mallet with 3 hours before the game starts. Drum mallets are very expensive so we didn't think we could get any because we didn't have any extra mallets. So we all collected a little over 50 dollars and we gave it to some marching band people who were going out to eat. They ran by art's and bought some $50.00 mallets. So I recieved them and praised the people who brought them for me.
Im was very tired and my arms hurt but I wasn't about to die like buddy was. He literraly fell over when we finished playing the cadins after the game. So overall my first marching band expierance was good and I guess I look forward to doing it more.
