Umm I totally just had a dream about Pete and Carl. I was in this car and saw them standing on the street corner. I pointed them out excitedly to my friend, and made sure that she noticed that THEY WERE HOLDING HANDS ALL CUTE LIKE AND GAZING AT EACH OTHER LOVINGLY and that this obviously indicated that they were a couple. So yes, best dream ever.
