I feel like I've fallen off the face of the earth. Again. I'm good at this.
I've been filming in Toronto for the past month and a half. In Boston before that for Fever Pitch. It's a baseball film slash love story. And the featured team happens to be the Red Sox. I've never been a baseball fan, but I've gotten really excited about the Red Sox playing the Yankees. Everyone keeps saying they'll lose, but I don't think so. I think they'll win. They deserve to. They work so hard, and they're such a great bunch of guys.
I took a break from filming weekend before last to go to New York for a tribute to The Ramones. It was to raise money for Cancer research. What a great night. Everyone was there, from the Strokes to Debby Harry. Even my girl surprised me by making an appearance. I didn't expect it. We have barely spent any time together since we started dating. I feel like the absentee girlfriend. Yet, every week something surprises me. She's sent everything from flowers to chocolates to teddy bears. She's...amazing.
It's almost the election, so I'm all over with Rock the Vote. But I hope to be home soon. Drop me a line guys, let me know you're still around. Cami I miss you!!!
