What is it with the fucking press? I do one thing wrong and it makes newspapers everywhere. Am I supposed to be fucking perfect all the time?
Drew "Flipped Out" in Chicago
"Something New" came to Chicago last week, aligning reality stars, an Angel and 1,500 young Democrats.
Held at W Hotel City Center, 172 W. Adams, the Democratic National Committee event honored Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.). Also attending was "Charlie's Angels" star Drew Barrymore, who was there to interview attendees for an upcoming documentary.
And of the two ladies, guess which one was a peach, and which one wasn't? Although she was nearly two hours late, the congeniality prize goes to Clinton, who happily mugged and hugged for our camera after being asked by smooth-talking Illinois Democratic Senate candidate Barack Obama. (He gets my vote for "best man to know at a party.")
Barrymore wasn't as accommodating; when DNC Chairman Terry McAuliffe asked her to pose with him, he got a terse reply. "I'm flipping out right now, I can't take any pictures," she responded. Hey, Angel, it was your idea to walk around with a film crew!
MTV reality stars Sarah Stokes ("The Band") and Brad Fiorenza ("The Real World: San Diego") hovered near the media room in hopes of being interviewed -- about politics, I guess. Sorry, guys, but this wasn't your day to shine.
So, yes, I can be annoying, unaccommodating, and bitchy. My God, alert the media. Oh wait, someone already has. *rolls eyes*
Maybe if I got laid I'd be freaking calmer!*grins*
