USA, why?

Why is it whenever I buy something from the USA, something happens. You may recall the collars from last year. Well its happened again! Admittedly this time I havent even got what I've ordered. It appears I've been charged twice, this wouldn't bother me as much if it was only £30 or so, but no no no, its £170. So I'm now £340 down in my account

Oh dear! What were you supposed to get?? I really hate it when orders screw up =( It's not hard to put in an order correctly and send it out!!!!! blah
