Summer for a day

Mar 19, 2009 23:50

So, you may recall in my last journal I said about roll on summer. Apparently someone heard me! Yesterday was a gloriously sunny day, a bit of a breeze in the air but certainly not something to be sneered at concerning the weather before it!

Not wanting to let it go by I drove to the coast and sat and had my lunch looking out to sea, pity I only had half an hour, it was bliss never the less.

Sadly, I think I need to keep hinting about the good weather, since today was back to a dreary grey sky. Whilst I get sunburn if I stand too close to a light bulb (or so it seems sometimes) I really enjoy the warmth and the sunlight.

I still went to the same place for my lunch. It was still nice but the grey sky seemed a bit out of place at the coast. So despite the pale grey sky, everything else was fine, lovely pork and apple sandwich and some birds flying around to keep me entertained. This was until this large red people carrier parked in the parking space directly to my right (where the best view happened to be. Now, bear in mind that the whole car-park at this point was almost empty, there must have been at least 10 parking spaces to my left, but oh no, the two fat arse holes had to park to my right, the one additional space. Which was even marked for motorcycles! Argh, have people never heard of a bit personal space, even if this extends beyond the boundaries of your car? There must have been at least 70 additional parking spaces that were no where near me. It just annoys me how ignorant and inconsiderate some people are.
