its amazing, how all-encompassing our own lives can be.
im at work, and we were discussing the weather, how its been heating up.
and calvin, one of the men i work with mentioned how he'll have to put the sprinklers on a timer again, for his yard.
i never thought of him having a yard. cant even picture him in a house, actually. let alone a house with a yard that needs watering. i take the people in this office as just people in this office. it hasnt really occurred to me until just now that they have lives as well, outside of work.
it made me kind of sad; and disappointed by my utter lack of caring for the people around me, the people i see day in and day out. *sigh*
