I must say, this year has had its ups and downs.
From excitement to conflict and back to peace again, I won't say it was all "worth it"
but I know I've learned so much more than I anticipated.
I feel accomplished, to say the least. But I'm no where near finished.
School, academic wise, was not a problem at all this year;
the only thing I really had trouble with was the people inside.
I don't know why, but the last week of school always brings amends.
Things like grudges and drama just don't seem to matter on that final day.
Everyone is too happy to be out for summer vacation, they realize that there's no point in arguing.
There was no point in the first place, if you ask me.
Sometimes people are a little too slow, but I'm glad summer brings such revelations.
Speaking of summer, I don't think I've ever been so excited!
It doesn't exactly feel like I'm really out of school for two months,
it usually doesn't hit me until a couple weeks into it, as for most people.
Graduation today was worth going to. Logan gave a fantastic speech, and I got to see a few familiar faces.
This weekend I'm heading up to Lake Lanier with Geoff, Rachel, and the kids to do some more jet-skiing and sun tanning.
