so the show last night was good.
swordfish is random as always.
jeff did a really good job.
i'm loving the songs he sang
although im not sure what he's going to do with them.
maybe they'll be used for reubens?
maybe another band?
i dunno.
signal hill was weird.
no mics.
no singing.
just bad jamming.
i wasnt feeling it.
el oso did superbly.
i love them.
they make me happy.
i love moniques' voice.
so beautiful.
and its always great to see ian, stewart, kael, and matt.
they always make me think of the lame party in LA
and the horrible canters deli at 3am.
but stupid nate had to go and ruin "rise up"
i love that song
but its so much better with matt, jack, and scott singing it.
stupid nate and his stupid haircut.
the new cd is really good.
i like it a lot.
after el oso played,
richard and i talked with ian, kael, and stewart for a bit
and then we left.
we went over to mary's appartment.
i met her boyfriend eric from portland.
he's really cool.
we talked about guitars and mary fed us pizza and coke.
we left around 1am and i went to bed.
when i woke up for our monthy "family breakfast"
i found out that my parents left without any of the kids.
i was so pissed.
fuck that.
