Dear God,
I know you were angry at my typing "God is dead" after being influenced by the passage in Der Antichrist, angry enough to strike down my live journal. I formally apologize and promise this new journal will be devoid of such blasphemous rantings. To express my good will, and put to rest any harsh feelings you may have for me, I offer you my comrade Eric's soul which is currently in my possession. I'll leave it on the steps of St. Lawrence for you to pick up in the morning.
