HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MELISSA!
Well, Mel's birthday is today. Happy 21st to her! I LVOE YOU, CHICA!! Went to her birthday party/outing was last night. We went to a place in Mandarin called Harmonious Monks. If you live in and/or near Jacksonville, FL GO THERE! It's just amazingly fun and crazy. It was awesome. That was yesterday.
Today, my mom called me. I have an affidavit that I have to fill out. The guy that I hit in April is trying to go after my personal assets to get more money. He's already settled for $15,250, and when he gets the affidavit, he can decide if he wants to get more. :/ My insurance company only pays for $15,000, so the $250 comes out of my pocket. I do not have anything else of value. I have no other secondary insurance that could pay more and I do not own any property, so there is no way for him to get anymore from me. If that was the end of it, okay, but it's not. He's also going after my mom and stepfather because they are the policyholders on the car insurance, while I'm just an add on. :/ I don't want him to go after my family too. I almost in tears. The $250 is due before Friday. I have $53 in my bank account now.
Right now, I'm just numb and blank and feel so exhausted. I've been worrying sick about this. Ugh. I could get a lawyer, but like I can afford one. I don't know. I'm gonna go and get some sleep. I have to call some people tomorrow.
