i ate chinese food today so i think the msg/salt intake is making me retain water, so i will no longer drink water, unless it is of the tonic variety and is mixed with an ample amount of vodka.
last night was fun. slept on foreman's floor next to the heater after he and i smoked probably too many coolies. ivan, as per usual, passed out.
