Another year has gone and passed,
Filled with joy and laughs

Another year of tragedy and triumphs
Another year of miss begot truths
Filled with boxed booths
Here is it the summer's eve,
And I bear the winter's chill on my back
With the love of one and the sorrow of another
I moved forward another year
Was this year better than the last?
Or will the next be worse than this?
Have the fates conspired in these midnight desires
