What's been going on:
1. I finally have a job... 2 to be exact. I am now officially the Program Coordinator at Workmen's Circle (www.circle.org), Cleveland chapter. Workmen's Circle is a non-profit, secular jewish organization. It should be really great ANNNNDDD, they're sending me to New York City on Thursday through Saturday to meet with the head office. (hell yeah!) As my other part time job, I have taken up a P.O.S. position at Kohl's.
2. I hit up Geauga Lake with Carey and a bunch of her friends the other day. The sun didn't do a thing to me, unfortunately... it just reflected right off and burned everyone around me! oh well... Inner tube rides are sweet. But seriously, Dover Lake is twenty times better than Geauga Lake and I HAVE to go there this summer. They have great water rides!
3. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to go to bartending school or not.
4. I adopted a new dog on June 24th. He's a Sheltie that I picked up at the kennel. Amir, Shosh, and I decided on naming him Cosmo, as in Kramer. He's super cute, super fun. But, I will always miss Lika.
5. Laura's birthday was on the 8th. And if you remember last year's pic, she's the blonde that was drunk out of her mind, laughing and dancing with that big dude. This year's b-day was just as crazy. We all had dinner before and started drinking at the restaurant. Then we went to Shooter's on the West Bank of the Flats. I had the worst sober driver EVER on the way down there. He was speeding and jerking... ugh. I found another way back to Laura's house at the end of the night. Anyway, back to the drinking... yes, that is what we do for Laura's birthday. Lance is now my favorite bartender. Some guy named Cheesecake bought me a drink. And if you got a message from me that night, I'm sorry if it was incoherent.
6. Speaking of drunk... Tracy's brother's wedding shower. Whoa! Awesome party! I think the best that I've ever been to! And I wasn't the drunk one, but the whole family was. They had a Hawaiian theme going on. The bride-to-be is gorgeous. The best man gives awesome massages. Tracy's mom is going to throw a party for me when I'm around the age of 30. They have a huge trampoline. And any party with Tracy is obviously incredible! I can't wait for the wedding!
7. My grandfather's surgery was successful!!!!!!!!!
8. I don't have much else to say at the present time, except that I love hearing Mike's voice on the other end of the phone from different places across the country... I can't wait to see him. Just one more week until he's in Cleveland! ;)
9. Oh, and seriously, Fred.... when are we going to hang out this summer??????
