I can hear downstairs' music bass (i couldn't hear anything actually resembling music when i walked past). there happens to be a floor between us. Give me one good reason why I shouldn't go down there and painfully murder them (arrest is no longer a good enough reason).

Oh, I do feel sorry for my immediate downstairs neighbour...
