Wake up & Smell the Coffee
GOOD MORNING!
I woke up super early today (5:30) to make Ariel some breakfast and prepare his lunch for work. I sware, I don't understand my body! I spend the whole night tossing and turning without one hour of sleep and at 5:00am I am up and more energetic then the freaking energizer bunny. Someone please explain!! LOL
I have an Obgyn appointment again today. I really hope they send me a sonogram. I am desperate to know how BIG my gordo is. Hopefully not toooo BIG, OUTCH!!
You know when your a little kid and you do something bad, or wrong and get this huge lecture and it always seems to end with the same phrase... "You'll see when your a mother/father.. your going to thank me!!!" Ugh! I hated that shit, but at the same time loved it becuase I knew for sureee that was the end of the conversation!!!! Well, last night I read my friend Elys journal and she has this BEAUTIFUL letter to her mother so I guess I went to bed thinking about it, and then it hit me on how much I admire and look up to my mother. And I dont say this because she is my mother, but becuase of the greatttt person she is!!!! In the last 19 years she has proved to me that she is the bestest friend that I could EVER have, and that thanks to her I am the woman I am today <33 "I LOVE YOU MOMMY!"
That was soo random. But w/e.
Mother's Day is this weekend and me and Ariel decided that we really can't buy any gifts becuase we are BROKE!! Our families are huge and there are sooo many mothers that even if we did a $20 spending limit on each, which would be close to impossible, it would be a good $200.00! And we dont have that kind of money. Soo... we went to Walmart last night and bought every one cards. Beautiful cards with lots of meaning!! I actually stood there and read every card till I found the perfect one for everyone. I loved my mothers!!
