...here we go again STOKED to do this

STOKED

to eat NO more sweets (candies, chocolates, ice cream...)

NO soft drinks (coke, pop. ginger ale, etc)  just WATER more and more water!

less CARBS and LESS RICE (less carbs and sweets in the evening)

more SLEEP 8 hours daily

NO BEER!

more cardio, fiber, fruits, vegetables
