...statement: met a flasher (chinese wif fair skin, in his earli 30s, wore a light coloured polo T with dark blue collar, light green berms) on my way 2 ofc... he was standin in e middle of e walkway with his berms unzipped, exposin his PP! worst still, he was playin with it using both his hands!...
i stopped n stared at him, wanting 2 take a pic but knowin tt my diamond isn't trustworthy, i made a u-turn 2 e other walkway headin 2wards park mall instead...
i stood near e taxi stand to observe e flasher n soon, a friendly voice was heard on e other line
"Good morning, this is SIngapore Police...."
...verdict: it's time 4 me 2 get a new phone!...
