Die of Starvation
This past weekend was super fun and a giant blur all at the same time.
Things I learned:
- Don't go out the night before you need to take a 5 hour bus ride to PEI (or at least don't take Jessie with you).
- Don't take more than 1 gravol ever or you sleep for 14 hours.
- If you're going to plan a surprise party for someone at least make sure they're wearing a bra before they leave the house.
- Carnival rides are bad.
- So is deciding you should take up smoking to calm your nerves.
Only three more shifts at the Nelson! Apparently some crazy shit went down on Monday and I'm very, very glad that I wasn't there. Also they told the girl replacing me that she would be doing my job two nights ago and she gave her notice the same day. Maybe they should re-evaluate that position.
I'm excited for starting a new job. Anxious for having to find a new one in October. And eager to finish working in hell's kitchen.
