I'm having a serious PEI/Acadian-ness withdrawl lately. Mostly I miss the food. And not trying to speak actual french.
A couple of weeks ago Glenda made a cheesecake. With cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. I don't know if this was an accident or not but do you know what happens when you make cheesecake with cottage cheese? You get a really weird lumpy cheesecake that your roommates pretend doesn't exist so they don't have to eat it.
