Is it really that strange that I truly enjoy a good peanut butter and alfalfa sprout sandwich?

First, if you fear the idea of alfalfa sprouts and peanut butter, remind yourself of how many people enjoy peanut butter and celery. It's quite similar! It's all about a good crunch and fresh flavour along with your PB :)

Next, I GOT YOUR PACKAGE! You ROCK. But SOMEONE OPENED IT! :( I hope everything you intended to be in there is (it's got LOTS in it so I'm pretty positive we're good) I can't wait to get a chance to sit down and check everything out. I'm working late nights both tonight and tomorrow so I think Sunday will be our designated day to dig through the fun. Jeez you're thoughtful and sweet :)

Lastly, I truly love carrot cake. I try not to eat it too often from the store cuz it's often really high in fat and sugar, however, I would LOVE to try your recipe. I really need to find some of my fav recipes and send them your way too. I have so many lovely cookbooks and I'm cooking up a storm all the time, I just never seem to write down how I make stuff and I really only use my cookbooks for pictures and guidelines when I need it. I'll be keeping my eye out for things I think you'd like. :)

I just sent you an email with the delicious and fatally fatty carrot cake recipe as well as an inventory of what should have been in the package. Who opens random packages that aren't addressed to them anyway??? What kind of a weirdo does that??? Oh well, if somethings missing just let me know and I'll send another copy out your way.

As for this peanut butter-sprout discussion, I have recently discovered (to my dismay...maybe) that I have no paenut butter in my kitchen. When I get a hold of some I will in fact try out this sandwich of yours, but only if YOU try peanut butter and chick peas. <---I've never actually tried this; I kinda just want to see if you'll actually do it!
