So, Nicole and I have decided to take a new approach to voting as a measure to, hopefully, reduce the number of ties and thus the need for tie-break posts. Therefore, from now on we will ask you to choose your 3 favorites, but rank them by your 1st place choice, your 2nd place choice, and your 3rd place choice.
Comments will be screened but I will leave mine unscreened so everyone will have an example of the format of the voting.
