it's the thing to do
Top 15 things we need to do this summer! XD
1. Go to Regina - Party down at the Science Centre, top it with an IMAX, and get some sleep in a sketchy motel/mediocre hotel. Then go to Moose Jaw in the morning to spend the day at the spa and come home nice and relaxed.
2. Go camping at Pike Lake (YES, with like a tent and stuff). That way if something goes wrong or it's too icky we can drive back home in 20 minutes to camp in someone's back yard instead. Playing in the lake and tanning on the beach is mandatory.
3. Go to the zoo! I've never been to the zoo before! See the tigers!
4. Take a walk down the Meewasin Trail and take lots of silly pictures, then stop off at the Mendel.
5. Have a tea party in the park! Everyone wears poofy dresses and tiaras and we eat cookies and giggle.
6. Have a Disney marathon, starting with Snow White and then moving through the rest chronologically. Dressing up as your favourite character is optional.
7. Have/go to the Harry Potter party! Quidditch games! :D
8. Go to some sort of outdoor pool (George Ward is the best).
9. Have a scavenger hunt all over the city (Arielle, this means we're driving). We could get into teams, and then make up a route for the other team to follow! SO MUCH FUN!
10. Go to Denny's/Timmy's very late/early in the morning, and eat all their free baking. Even better if we go through my dress-up trunk or Melissa's basement before we leave.
11. Go to Kinsmen park again, and the kiddy pool. We could also do a secret Santa thing, since I like opening presents at Kinsmen park and everyone deserves presents in the summer. :)
12. Have lunch at Place Riel and then play drama games/frisbee/tan in the bowl.
13. Wake up really early and do yoga by the river (sun salutations!).
14. Have a formal supper where everyone dresses up and we eat a fancy meal by candlelight! Oooh, romantic!
15. Maybe go to Beaver Creek and do the trails? I actually think it would be a lot of fun if we didn't have to do it for school.
Of course, we also have to go to the Ex and the Fringe, but that goes without saying. Add to the list!
