how a year can change things
"you have the kids from the past (dennis canty, edel talaid, dan lucey, audra avery, and all other alumni)who started this program from nothing. they laid the foundation. the kids of today are building the walls. we are making it what it is. the kids in the future can live in it. and when we finally make it to states (and we will) it will only be so much better.
to the seniors, im sorry you had to go out like this. next year we will do it for you guys. to the class, well we did one hell of a job and wrote one kick ass script that made people think and cry. hats off to everyone it was one hell of a ride!"

funny how so much can happen in a year. i said we would do it this year and we did. we did it. we are going to states. so for everyone who never made it out of prelims (creation, normal heart, sleep) and to all of those who had it in reach (pft, lucretia, subway) we did it. for anyone who believed in us and came with us every year on some amazing journeys. its finally our turn. we fucking did it.
