Summer's swallowed us whole
Today is the last day of summer. Tomorrow I start my senior year. Pretty weird, huh? I cleaned Mr. Smith's room with him and Robin today. I called Robin just to see if he wanted to help out so I wouldn't be bored and he came. I thought he was just hanging out at home, but I guess he was getting stuff for school when I called. He came anyway and helped me clean and put up flyers. I thought that was just so sweet of him. Robin is a good kid. I got my schedule changed and I'm in Mr. Hart's class instead of Samuels for Govt. I am very happy about that. I am really excited about my astronomy class. I met the teacher because I was a tour guide for freshman orientation and he ran after us yelling "Astronomy is Far Out DUDE!!!". He seems awesome. He's a hippie. Robin and I have that class together. Thats the only class besides Rep and ASB where I know someone. I always get nervous when I don't know anyone in a class. Mr. Smith was very distraught when he recieved his class list and saw that David was in beg. drama. He started yelling saying that he's gonna kick some people out who don't belong in rep so David can get in. So Al is on your side David. I am excited and nervous. I am helping with the announcements tomorrow. I hate the way my voice sounds. Sam is being such a sweetheart about the announcements. He could be a total jerk about it, but he hasn't been. He really wants my input on everything and wants me to feel like its my job too. We get aloong really well. We are hoping to have a host, co-host kinda thing going on for the announcements. we shall see, I think it would be pretty cool. I really like him, I hope we can become better friends as the year progresses. Peter is dressing up as a pimp for the Prom by Accident on Thursday. I have no idea what to wear. I just gotta outshine the 40 year olds. That is all I care about.
