I mean, I guess it depends if you're with someone, and how realistic it is to go after them. But if you know it's right, do everything in your power to make it happen. The timing might not be right, but you have to show interest and get it started, even if it's slow. They must know how you're feeling, or else they might let the moment pass them by...
