ever since switching accounts, i have completely neglected writing internet journal entries.
i really like doodling. for awhile there i was really fed up with making things concept heavy investigating heavy concepts. but now im okay. that was a nice little break. actually today was kind of a bad day, but i turned it around by working my ass off in the studio. it feels good to physically make things, instead of this digital routine i have been immersed in lately...
im still annoyed by certain comments from certain people, but i think if i work hard enough, they will just float away, and i'll be okay! yayayayaya. so lately i have been doing loops, animations, paintings, serigraphs, digital prints, and polaroid transfers. i'm just trying to do the work right now because i've been obsessing over the concepts for the past several months. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
i'm soooo looking forward to returning to saskatoon. my window is open right now and the fresh air and the breeze is so terrific. i just got home from the studio and had a bubble bath and a cup of coffee and this is perfect. the weather and breeze and clear head is a wink to the future.... im almost there, and im ready to keep going. and now it's time for more coffee and some serious animating!!!
this weekend is going to be amazing!
