With friends like those...
My friends are the most awesome ever! Let me tell you about the birthday presents I got.
damalursol sent me a Forks, WA shirt that has an apple with a bite taken out of it. Lisa's teenage daughter was jealous that even antis have Twilight shirts and she doesn't. Lisa and Beth went out shopping together and jointly got me breastfeeding supplies. There's of course the lotion for chapping, a lotion to help the baby 'latch on,' and a milk storage organizer box. I had no idea milk has to be stored and organized; it makes sense, but is something I've never given any thought to. They had fun looking for stuff to embarrass me and I can imagine them shopping together just as I've gone to Dr. John's with friends for other people.
So yeah, turning 30 has been a lot of fun. I hope everyone has a great year with me. :)
