Well, the goddamn Christmas tree is up with all the goddamn Batmobiles on it.
I'm a little late posting this, but it amuses me. I popped onto lj on the day after Thanksgiving, and kc_anathema had posted links to All Suck Batman and Robin, as well as the goddamn second part. I highly recommend reading about Frank Miller's awful goddamn writing for the goddamn Batman. I'm going to have to get All Star Goddamn Batman and Robin to see if it's really that bad.
So I finished reading the second part of that, and then Bryce and I put up the Christmas tree. I opened a box of ornaments and all of my Batmobiles were on top. So, of course, I had to say it. "Here's all my goddamn Batmobiles for my goddamn Christmas tree." Bryce gave me quite the look.
We also went to the Krypton 50% off Black Friday sale. I spent more than Bryce for once. I have so been craving Deep Space 9 lately and they had seasons 5 & 7. Bryce chided me for getting them out of order, but I don't really care. I think that series actually got better as it went on, anyway. Season 5 has Trials and Tribble-ations; that and Who Mourns for Morn? (which I'm hoping is season 7) is all that really matters most.
Anyway, I also got a Martian Manhunter TPB, Laurel and Hardy figures, a figure of Donald Duck in Kingdom Hearts, Teen Titans season three, ... and a few other odds and ends. All of it except DS9 Season 5 is wrapped up and under the goddamn tree.
