God is Good
God is good, and he provides to those in need. I needed to figure out a way to get enough money to go to ACC this year, and things didn't look good. I remember two days ago literally thinking "I know God can make random things happen, like someone sending me a check for no apparent reason just when I need it." Now, I know He can make things like this happen, but normally it comes in the form of some payment I forgot was coming to me or something, like a refund - nothing too out of the ordinary. I also remember thinking through ways that I could potentially make money in the next couple days, as well as pondering any possibility of money coming to me in the mail. There was no hope, as far as I could see. But then...today I sold Disney tickets for 100 bucks...quite random, but awesome. All in all, I've got just about the perfect amount of money now for ACC to work. Equally as cool, Phil just called me to ask if I wanted a ride up to Atlanta, which I wasn't expecting. I'd been searching for a ride with a male, but to no avail (I'm a poet) until he called. Although to anyone reading this it may not sound like a big thing, to me that's pretty obviously God. Good times...ACC here I come...
