1. Blushing: I really hate turning red, especially when it's over something embarrassing that no one has caught onto yet. I also hate blushing, because my face heats up and sometimes, it will start to sweat.
2. Broken Social Scene: I adore them. So much. They sound like kaleidoscopes.
3. Bhutan: I have this creepy fascination with the Kingdom of Bhutan, which is a country located just east of Nepal but not directly bordering it. I have never been there, yet I know all about it. I don't think I ever will go either, because it's located in the Himalayas and I won't be able to handle the high altitudes.
4. Babies: I love them in concept, that is when they're asleep or when they smell like baby powder. However, as I now understand that they cry incessantly and they poo all the time, the love has diminished. Now, I'm afraid to have children of my own.
5. Bible: I'm Christian and I read the Bible every night before I sleep, in chronological order. I think I'm at 2 Kings right now. I feel more peaceful after reading it and the day after tends to be a good one.
6. Becuz by Sonic Youth: It was the first song I heard by them, and thanks to that song, I adore them.
7. Best Friend: I had a best friend from Grade 4 to...not sure when. We began gradually drifting apart during the summer of Gr. 6 to 7 (she's a year older, so it was 7 to 8 for her) and now we're not friends at all. I'm intimidated by her now. At school, I see her with her new friends and she looks so self-assured and whatnot that I wonder whether or not she thinks of me at all.
8. Breasts: I am not endowed in the chest area, despite the fact that I am 16. YET EVERYONE ELSE AROUND ME IS. What else can I say? I'm only slightly bustier than a pancake. I blame genetics.
9. van Beethoven, Ludwig: He seemed like a really disturbed fellow. However, he did compose Moonlight Sonata, which makes me want to cry because it's so beautiful.
10. Bjorn: I want to marry a Scandinavian when I'm older, because I want to name our son "Bjorn." I love that name and I want to abuse it. Other names I like (and will use if I marry a non-Scandinavian) include Sofia, Colin, Aisling, and Blaise. And a whole lot more.
