"i'll never go back to georgia, at least til' i have to."
Detroit :
Amy and I were scheduled to depart at noon, we left at 1:30. go figure. haha. We had an amazing 3 hour jam session there. we get to exit 159 and i'm shaking with nervousness. I was so anxious I couldn't handle it, We pull into Brian's house after realizing that this is the richest neighborhood we had ever seen. I gave him the biggest hug that I possibly could. It was weird seeing him outside of whitehall, because I had never been in his territory, he had only been in mine.
He shows us around, we got to see this 8 million dollar home, and it made me so thankful that I'm not a wasteful person. We get back to his house, he decided to come see Mayday Parade with us and it was a good thing, because we would have been so fucking lost. Amy and I had bought our tickets online, and then brian was going to buy his at the door. Sold out. Fuck! We ran into this really cool girl named Liz and she had an extra ticket. SWEET! So we're in. brian uses his fake and gets himself a beer, enjoying the music and the company. After the show, and the fact that I was almost passed out and dying. We head back to Northville and decided to stay the night. We set up our beds in the basement and got our stuff.
We ended up watching super troopers and having a big cuddle party and just fell asleep. It was nice.
Then we woke up this morning at 7:50, Brian left for work without saying goodbye. That was kind of a bummer, but he was late so I understood. It was still upsetting. Amy and I ended up leaving at around 8:30, after his mom said we could have slept in. Damnit! So we take off, and try to find our way to denny's for some breakfast. Then we head off to our homes and here I am, sitting in muskegon, hating everything about it.
