It's compromise that moves us along
So once again, things are good. I'm changing my ways. I'm not gonna worry about things. They happen for a reason and if the reason is to make someone else that i care about happy then i'm gonna be glad about it. I'm gonna try not to let the little things bother me, either.
Well just in case yall didnt know...i'm moving home in 13 days. This semester has flown by so fast! I can't believe its almost over. I have 3 days left of class and then finals. CRAZY!
We had our Kappa Delta formal last night. It was at stone mountain at the marina center. It was so weird bc the laser show was going on and the fireworks and everything and people were like oh my gosh and i go ya its the laser show and half of them have never seen the laser show or been to stone mountain...thats so shocking to me. I guess just because i live there i think everyones been, especially since they live in Georgia, but apparently i was wrong. My date was awesome and he could dance, which made it even better. Then on the way back to school from the formal we got stuck in so much traffic on 400. Too bad we were on charter buses or we could have gone a quicker way. But an hr and 15 min drive took us a little over 2 hours. But other than that it was fun and i will have pictures later.
Today, my parents came up here and we hung out and then we had a Kappa Delta family picnic thing. It was fun and my parents got to meet a lot of people that i always talk about. Then i had to go to work...bummer. I was so tired i was about to fall asleep sitting there.
I can't wait for Tuesday...a lot of the new girls in KD and i are takin our one study cut from chapter and we are leaving here at like 12:15 and we are goin to stone mountain all day and then my house to cook-out. Its supposed to be really nice out, so i'm excited!
