I hung out with my neighbor last night and she almost convinced me to just transfer my lease to a nicer unit in the same apartment.. the idea really isn't sounding that bad. The place I'm looking at really isn't that much nicer, it's just in a "safer" area. I was eating at J Alexander's last night in the parking lot right by my apartment and I was thinking how much it's going to suck to not be near Whole Foods anymore or walking distance from work anymore. I seriously don't have to drive anywhere ever, and that is the most awesome fucking thing in the world for a girl who lived in tomball. they do have large one bedrooms with hard wood floors. i'll still be getting an alarm and a panic button and all that cool stuff so i'll feel a little safer. i'm not really looking forward to living on the first floor wherever i go. i've been on the top floor for the past 5 years at every place i have lived. oh, and if anyone knows anybody who has a piece of carpet roughly the size of my apartment, lemme know. trixie fucked up every corner of my apartment. she's so cute though :)
