TV brain spew overload.

Beware of a healthy dose of bulleted TV ramblings ahead. I just realized that this is like the 5th work day straight that I felt like mentioning something short and snarky about one of my shows or another - but since I don't know how to do short, this stuff accumulates and we get this instead. A week (or more) in review, kinda. :/

Don't worry, I'll label each one as to not spoil anyone who isn't caught up. You know who you are - MI! )

dexter, moonlight, lost, fandomness, bones, smallville, house, friday night lights, supernatural, pushing daisies

PD did get better. I was kinda mixed after the first one and really questioned where they could carry the story - plus the pilot had kind-of a mini-movie feel to it with a like ending to that tale. Anyway, I was very taken by the 2nd episode and after last weeks - I'm sold for life. It more than anything made my dismal mood just evaporate (being it's a day earlier than SPN it got the process rolling). It was hilarious and clever and everything good TV should be. They did right by giving it a full season pickup after that episode aired.

I totally plan on watching Moonlight, like this weekend, and I wasn't overly hating on the pilot and have heard it got better. I just am like newly in love with FNL and crave it ASAP - thus other shows get kicked to the curb so to speak. I'm very OCD that way.

I could sit here and list all day the things I hate about SV. *spits* And I have quit it - numerous times. But the thrall of Tom Welling always pulls me back in. Damn him to hell! (and if I had a dollar for every time I've said or typed THOSE words, I wouldn't been in financial woes I can tell you that) Seriously, I have no qualms in quitting shows either, but i have a vast history with SV (proof via biggest rant of my life) and it's just harder. Sure I'll be able to quit Heroes after KB leaves and probably BW after Katee Sackhoff leaves (although I'm still thinking on that one since they did get FNL and BSG peeps) - but yes, it's torturous.

Thanks for the kind words. I am feeling better, although my fingers are starting to feel worse. :P
