Stuff
- Sorry I have been so quiet this past week or so on my friends pages, but real life stuff has just been a little crazy of late. Ben's grandmother passed away Monday after being in the hospital for over a week. She was 94 and lived a rich and full life but had been quite ill for some time now. She was ready and in the end it was for the best. I'm actually happy that she is at peace now, as is most of the family. So between trips to the hospital and now all of the funeral and family commitments I have been distracted and out of pocket.
- For anyone in the area, namely houses7177 and tigreskatre, who might be coming over for the Riverfest festivities this Saturday in downtown Vicksburg, both Megan and Brady will be participating in a gymnastics exhibition put on by our gym, Gym South, Saturday morning from 10:00 - 11:30 at the corner of Clay and Washington streets downtown. It is actually like the gyms recital since it showcases almost all of the gym, and actually it is a bit hectic. I wish that with the team this year they would go the extra mile and actually bring a beam and bars out, but if it is like previous years it will most likely just be a ton of tumbling.
- Vacay in 2 weeks, still not prepared like I usually am either finacially or organizationally. Shows have been enjoyable, and I'll have more to say on newer shows like Drive (NATHAN!!!) and all of my old favorites in the couple of weeks before vacay. This week I'm just exhausted and very blah, so anything I spew would just be word vomit. Actually I'm barely even able to muster much excitement for Deansday. Which, is like, wrongness. *sigh* I need a nap.
