Finally done
Well I just finished my last exam and I'm so glad they're done. These last couple of days have been crazy. I can't believe how much I've managed to cram into 3 days. Lets begin with the concert on Sunday...
First of all it was amazing! I've never been to a real concert before and now I want to go to many more. Finger Eleven was so good. The best part was when they sang One Thing and you could hear the entire crowd singing along with them. That song is so powerful live. Seether was also good but I only knew one of their songs so it was harder to appreciate them. Then Evanescence rocked my world! They were incredible, I could have stayed there all night listening to them. The crowd went wild when they played Bring Me to Life and Going Under. My only complaint with the concert was that it was really smokey. But I guess that's what concerts are all about. It was really funny cause once I got back to rez and took my hair down, you could have gotten high off it. It smelt so much like pot, it was crazy!
So yesterday I got back to rez and Co and I went crazy for 30 minutes. I said good bye to Simon and then we put our Christmas lights on and studied for Linguistics for a bit. Then Co and I were instructed to go out to the quad were a huge snowball fight was taking place. It was so fun! I got pelted! Adam and tried to get each other for most of the fight. At some point Mike tackled me to the ground and stuffed snow down my coat. It was so cold, but I got to shove snow in his face so we're even. However, today my legs hurt from trying to run away and I have a bruise on my thigh were Jake nailed me with a snowball. So fun though. We're all planning on having another fight after the break.
Then after the fight I said good bye to Adam and Steve. It was so sad watching everyone leave. We all take so much stuff with us it looks like we'll never be back. Then Co, Jake and I went for dinner. After dinner I studied for Linguistics some more, then helped Co solve the problems of the world. Hee, jk. I think I was up until 1 o'clock. Getting up this morning was painful, not only from the snow ball fight yesterday but I had tired pains as well. Not a happy combo. This morning Jake came by to say good bye and then Co and went and wrote our linguistics exam. I think the exam went fairly well. There was only 3 questions that I wasn't totally sure what the answers were.
And then tonight is LotR! I can't wait! It's going to be frickin' amazing! Being the nerd that I am I'm going to see it midnight tonight. However I have to go earlier than Shev and sit like loner until she gets off work. Oh well, I'll bring a book. *squeal* I can't wait! I have a feeling I'll be seeing this movie like 5 times over the break! ^_^;;;
Well I better make sure I'm ready to go home. Dad will be here soon.
