One big load of suck

That's about the only way to sum it all up.

(Before I start...I jus wana say I'm disappointed in the peeps that read my journal. >_< I spent quite a while uploading, editing, and writing the entry for those pictures. I get one comment and it's from someone that was on the trip. blah..)

Coming back from my "vacations" always ends badly. Fall break was a chance for me to get home, get some things accomplished, and not think about school for a few days. On the surface it kind of was. I saw Serenity on Friday with Amanda and I watched all of Gunslinger Girl with Lauren (both are awesome btw). I went by the arcade...which has sadly moved the SCII machine to the back to make room for a DDR machine and a skateboarding sim. -_-

I shopped about for a new cd and the 7th volume of Hellsing and walked away with neither. I wanted to buy the new Disturbed cd (and I probably will) but it was just too expensive at FYE. It didn't really surprise me that I couldn't find the manga in town...though the bookstore in the mall and Books-a-million both carry the Hellsing manga. I'll probably have to get it from Suncoast in the Macon mall...

I _still_ haven't gotten my driver's license renewed. I realize its an important thing to have when driving cross state or even commuting to school every day...but I just never get off my ass and go to the DMV. I forgot to on Saturday morning and it was closed Monday...so blah.

On the productive side I procured much food and drink. My mom always sends me back with enough to last over a month I swear. I got a major problem with my car taken care of. True having to wake up at 7:30 on Monday morning to take it to the shop was a pain...but faulty wiring = bad. My acceleration is now back to normal and I no longer have to worry about my car crapping out when I pull out of an intersection. I also learned that my rotors need to be re-machined. Basically my brakes degraded the rotors to the point where they have warped. In addition to the load screeching sounds I also get a nice shaking of the steering column when I slow down. It's not something that needs to be fixed immediately so it gets to wait till Thanksgiving I guess. I might try to do it when I go home at the end of the month.

I got a new pair of shoes. Not sure I really like them but my old ones were falling apart. I really hate shopping for any kind of apparel...so I was in the store for maybe 10min before I was out again.

*sigh* Need to stop wasting time...I have a presentation to give during my night class that I'm still not ready for. Not to mention a test tomorrow that I'm definitely not ready for. This on top of all my regular classes if pushing me towards a breakdown. To top it all off I left my phone charger at home which means I can't talk to anyone outside of class. -_- Going to try to trade in my phone on Thursday or Friday at the Sprint store. School is trying to kill me this semester...it's doing a good job too.

Peace out..
