Some of my friends here on Enterprise have finally persuaded me that I should keep a Personal Log. I've always been of the opinion that my cuisine speaks for itself, and my recipe log should be all that matters ( Read more... )

Thanks very much, Commander Spock! It was a privilege to help you and Dr. McCoy celebrate your wedding here on Enterprise. Maybe it will inspire some of this ship's happy couples to consider a long-term commitment! The cake did turn out nicely--I'm delighted that you liked it. I did save the top layer for your fist anniversary. ::notices arched eyebrow:: A human tradition, sir. I'm sure Dr. McCoy will expect it! It's in the freezer here--be sure to pick it up before you decide to go back to your own Enterprise or I can't be responsible if the engineering gamma crew snags it during a midnight galley raid.

I've put together some supplies for your away mission. We don't have any t'lar'shan tea, unfortunately, we thought we were going to ditch the Vulcan this trip but we have plenty of mint tea, and I found some dill. An unusual combination, sir, if I may say so. I don't believe T'Pol ever takes her tea that way. I'll have to suggest that she try it.

We don't get much call for okra, but I did find some it looked pretty grim, but once I fried it up, who'll notice. Commander Tucker occasionally gets in the mood for gumbo, and I like to be prepared. As for the cinnamon--you're in luck today! I put in several slices of a deep-dish apple pie, topped with a crunchy cinnamon crumble. I suggest that you keep that information to yourself--it's very popular and someone might decide to swap lunches while you're out investigating plot anomalies or whatever the hell you all are supposed to doing down there beside shagging each other.

I hope this meets your needs, sir. Please pass along my greetings to Dr. McCoy; I haven't seen him in several days.
