Kaleb at the Puyallup Fair this Weekend
Kaleb's 8 month birthday was Saturday. He is getting sooo big and he is amazingly verbal. He sits up on his own and plays with toys like no bodies business. He crawls backwards and does 360s. He can stand while holding onto fingers, furniture, etc. for almost a minute at a time and walks willingly if you hold his hands. He is still eating mass

Cannen has a milk allergy that is exactly how you are describing Kaleb's reaction. He gets sores around his mouth and on his chin when he takes in any dairy. The worst for him is yogurt and ice cream. For him it is an allergy not lactose intolerance. My nephew, Brendan, had it as well. He was taken off dairy for over a year and the allergy has gone away. He was tested here in Calgary to make sure it was gone and then he was eased back onto dairy with no more problems. So, we are trying to do the same with Cannen. Keep him off dairy and try to get him into an allergy specialist to test his allergies. Hopefully with any luck he will go the same route as his cousin and be able to have milk products again because you will not believe the stuff out there with dairy in it! It is so hard to find dairy free products.
Hope you are doing well. Aside from his sores, it sounds like Kaleb is doing great! That makes us happy!
