Vermont
This weekend was pretty nice. Me and my wanderlust, I just like to leave. My mom has been cunty this whole time, and blah to her. The train ride was nice, i got a lot of sleep. The hotl is very nice. There is an indian food restraunt (authentic indan cuisine in the middle of nowhere vermont???) and so i had my first experience with indian food here.I was hoping i'd like it a lot more than i did. I guess when it comes to food i'm pretty boring.
We went into town the other night. It's a cute little main street with some quirky shops, not just yuor usual touristy crap. Unfortunatley everyone in town sleeps when the sun goes down so everythign was closed by the time we got there. We sat around in a cafe/college bar for a little while. Not much about that.
Marlboro college is...a godsent. It feels like a hippy artist's commune/summer camp. everyone there seems like theyre fantastic. The dorms are beautiful. I'm infatuated with thir theatre space and the spiral staircase in the library.
Country air makes me tire quickly. I like it a lot though. Once we got into the college I didnt want to leave. I feel like i could stay here forever and with you guys as the few exceptions, never look back.
So that's that. Gen's in the room trying to watch troy, and it won't quite work. my mother is asleep and i hope she stays tha way. Clark I miss you like hell. And god help Gabe when you encounter either one of us.
