We lit the wood
And the flames met us
In the depth of the dark night
But you (all) felt fire

My body froze
As the cold met my skin
In the depth of the dark night
But then, I felt the fear

Nobody would be here for me
And I hate every bit of it
When my words are left unheard
Due to negligence or absence

But still, you (all) felt the fire
But then, I felt the fear

And in my fields only I’ll reside
For my fears will continue
Regardless of where you (all) are
