(no subject)
Hey everyone,
I know I dont post to this as often as I should. Alot of the reason is that I really dont have too many friends to use LJ. Some of them dont even check it that often...or ever! But I thought it was time for an update.
Seattle has been fun but I need to find more to do otherwise I am going to go crazy. I have been spending money like it grows on trees. I bought Jen some cool christmas presants, and for my family too!! So thats good. But I also bought myself a mt bike and a new camera!!! These I deem as nessacary cause I ride alot when I am in alaska and I wont have a car most places we go. I also need the camera to take more pictures. I am actually thinking of walking around seattle and doing some urban photography but I wanna go with somone cause there are so many homeless crack addicts in town and they get rather pushy, they are way worse here than in any citty I have ever been to. Friday night one followed us for 2 blocks trying to sell us a used VCR at least I think thats what he was trying to do with it...he mumbled incoherently alot. So yeah gonna need a partner for this trip as I dont want some bum to wind up trying to sell my new camera for crack.
My Friend Colleen Peters is working on the ship now so thats cool. We have had some fun allready hitting up the bars in town. She is also joining my little group of rock climbing buddies. Joel and I are thinking about doing some swimming as well as the rock climbing. I am working hard on getting back in shape. Just wish the weather was a bit better here. It rains all the freaking time and I wanna go bike riding.
Been missing Jen alot lately. Its been frustrating cause she has been hanging out with her friends so much and we dont get to talk very often. I know she is busy and having a good time which is great, but I would like to chat with her more. Its going to be so nice to see her just after christmas. Very excited.
