i saw a punk kid die.

last night at the gypsy was a night that everyone shouldnt have to experience. typical punk night with D.i. rounding out the end of it all and closing the bar down. as everyone piles outside to smoke because they no longer allow it inside, some skinheads gang up on two random little bro guys.

the fight took place like a time-elapsed erruption. it was just flailing arms and random smacks. first from a circular perspective everyone was huddle together, as the tension grew a void pushed from the center out. right has the crowd was about to burst the skins shot accross and attacked these two guys. one of them was their aim the other was a just a friend. the guy they aimed for took a shot to the face and was pushed out. The friend was then brutally beaten by 2 guys while he was on the ground. He was knocked unconcious and stopped breathing. the skins took off. cops were called, people were questioned. i sat in the bar, on a lonely bar stool. sipped a bottle of water; with only one thought repeating in my head. How many people do i have to watch die before its my turn?

The screams of the girls and udder horror of the bouncers faces still haunted me through the night.

What i didnt tell anyone there and what i didnt tell the police is the real reason of the fight.
During a song the pit pushed two girls into 1 guy. he caught the girls and put them back up to where they were. These two girls (ugly worthless chicks) happened to be those skins girlfriends. instantly there was a fight pick, the guy tried to explain what had happened, but with the music so loud there was no calming it down.

The guy and his girlfriend moved away from the skins. but that wasnt enough for one. as the guy left the skin and his friend tried to find where they had went. as they started to walk towards him i stopped them and told them to enjoy the show. i was just a deterrent away from these kinds of things working.

i sat in my car and waited for the firetruck, ambulance, multiple police cars to move out of the way. i sat the glare of my navigation screen lighting up my face. i only caught a glimpse of myself in my rear view. it was a disappointing sight, could only allow myself to see for a fraction of a second.
