"i love you"

why is it that we say "i love you" with so much ease to family members? even the ones we dont know so well, or never see. why is it so hard to find another person to whom you can say "i love you" to? why cant i even find some on to say "i think i like you" to? or have them say it back? or even feel it? why does this feel so wrong when really there is no problem at all?

so maybe im just feeling post-pms emotions and shit, but PLEASE some one give me some answers!!!
ive got too many questions ......
